I had many ideas come to my head involving my logo and how I portrayed it to be. The more I drew something, another thing popped into my head. I wanted my logo to stand out, but also be simplistic. I wanted my logo to be able to grab a person’s attention and seek out more information on my site.

My idea from my sketch came from thinking about how my husband is my yin to my yang. It’s somewhat funny to me but I knew I wanted to incorporate that into my logo. This is all a part of what my website represents. Marriage is about relying and being there for one another through anything and I wouldn’t know what I would do without my other half in my life. I also wanted to use word mark instead of letter mark so people knew what my website was all about. The heart idea came into effect just because it represents love and the silhouette of a man and woman represents a husband and wife. I put them inside the heart to represent oneness, and it ties into the yin and yang.
